I would like to extend a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to all of you who supported the Book Fair. Our sales were up 14% from last year. We had sales of $2222 not including sales tax! Because we surpassed the minimum of $1801 in sales to earn cash, we will be adding $561 to the library coffers for 09-10 purchases. This was our best Book Fair to date! There are a few things to remind you about concerning library books and AR tests.. - Last day to check out library books will be May 21.
- Last day to take AR tests will be May 29.
- AR shopping will take place the morning of Cougarpawlooza.

November 14 is the last day of the trimester and THEREFORE the last day to take an AR test for the first trimester. Get some reading done over the four day weekend so you can rack up some points, earn some tickets, and shop 'til you drop on December 5. The AR store will be open right after the awards assembly! Let's go readers! |

Welcome back everyone! I hope you all had a restful summer and are prepared to read your eyeballs off again. We are back in full swing with each class having made their first visit to the library last week. The following library schedule will help you remind your student to return their library books on time. Exceptions are always made though when they find themselves engrossed in a good book! Kindergarten Fridays 9:45 - 10:15 First Grade Tuesdays 1:45 - 2:15 Second Grade Wednesdays 1:45 - 2:15 Third Grade Mondays 1:45 - 2:15 Fourth Grade Thursdays 1:45 - 2:15 Fifth/Sixth Grades Language Arts period Seventh/Eighth Grades Language Arts period Happy 08-09! |

Hi everyone!
Thanks for all your requests for user names and passwords! I thought I'd give you a heads up that probably when we get back from break there will be a new and easier site to go to to check on your child's progress. I looked at the demo yesterday and it is more user friendly, colorful, etc. So when the site is up and running, I will send a letter home with all the students and post it in my section on the website. |
