Calling all volunteers, the PTC needs YOU!!
It's hard to believe but the school year is winding down!  Open House and Cougarpawlooza are just around the corner.  In order to successfully put together these events we need lots of volunteers.  Please come to the April 20th PTC at 3:00 (please note the revised date) to see how you can help the students, help the school and have a great time! 
 Open House is on May 6th. We will need shoppers, vegetable slicers, servers, BBQers, and clean up volunteers to make our traditional Open House BBQ a success.  Don't worry, you will be able to help out and still see your child's classroom.  If you are on the PTC News email list, watch for an email to respond and pick a job!

It is also time to nominate the 2009-2010 PTC Board Members.  If you can't attend the April meeting, please stop by the office and pick up a nomination form.  Just imagine next year without the Walk a Thon, Fall Harvest Festival, Cougarpawlooza or Cougar Coffee.  Without the PTC the school could not hold these events and in order to have a PTC we need members!  The PTC is an important part of Clear Creek School, we not only hold events that are fun, but we help supply the classrooms with needed materials.  If you are interested or know someone that would make a great addition to the PTC Board, please nominate them.  The positions are for the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.
 Please get involved!  Come to the next meeting on April 20, 2009 at 3:00 pm.
