My name is Connie Godfrey. I am a teacher’s assistant. I have been married to my husband Don for 12 years. He is a Firefighter. We have 3 kids. Heather- age 19, Donald- age 11 and Derik- age 7. We have lived here in Grass Valley for 8 years.
I enjoy living here on my 5 acres of land. I love to read and sew in my spare time. I own sheep, pigs, goats, dogs, cats, and chickens, which keep me busy at home. Since I have moved here I really got involved in the community and the children. I am a 4-H member and leader. I have directed sewing, sheep and now pygmy goats. Through 4-H my own boys are involved in Community Pride, Pygmy Goats, Small Engines and Market Goats for the fair. At school my son loves to run in cross-county and Track. He is looking forward to boys Volleyball this year. I look forward to helping the kids at Clear Creek School in the classrooms. It is exciting to watch the children grow.
